Delivery

Trinity undertakes the delivery of the product at the location of its customer, wherever it is located within the territory of Albania. Since the products that Trinity sells are of a special category, Trinity staff will take maximum care of them, so that they reach the optimal possible condition to the customer.

Returns

If you wish, within 48 hours you can return the product or exchange it for another product. The product must be in the original packaging, without scratch marks and with all product and packaging accessories. You must bring the product to our physical store, or send it to us by the mail you received. You should also tell us the reason why you return it so that we can further improve our service.
